ACHTUNG: Heels Beginner ist zur Zeit AUSGEBUCHT! Es gibt jedoch Platz in der Heels Introduction Klasse von 10:45-12:15h. Flaminia gibt am Samstag neu zwei Heels Kurse hintereinander, Heels Introduction und Heels Beginner, jeder Kurs dauert 1,5h. HEELS BEGINNER: Sa 12:30-14:00 Diese Class richtet sich an Tänzer:innen, die relativ neu in der Tanzwelt sind, aber doch bereits ein klein wenig Erfahrung mitbringen im Tanz und/oder Heels. Die Class bestehen aus Warmup, Technik, Walks und einer Choreo am Ende. @flamitri is a passionate dancer, who has been training and teaching internationally for quite some time now. Her heels class is a space for beginners to grow, to learn and to explore their movement and sensuality, creating an environment that is as safe as possible and focusing on being free of judgment. She combines her knowledge from different styles like street jazz, contemporary and Hip Hop. The class will focus on a good and intensive warmup, across the floor/ technique exercises, and a little choreography in the end.
