Flaminia is a passionate dancer, who has been training and teaching internationally for quite some time now. Her heels class is a safer space for beginner to grow, to learn and to explore their movement and sensuality, creating an environment that is safe and free of judgment. She combines her knowledge from different styles like street jazz, contemporary and hiphop. The class will focus on a good and intensive warmup, across the floor/ technique exercises, and a little choreography in the end. LEVEL // Studio 1, Beginner Heels
